Zaffrani pick-up headers are universal and can be adapted to any kind of combined harvester through a simple modification (flange+gearbox kit + hydraulic joint). Connection is rather simple and quick.

The special construction shape and the arrangement of the belts allow a maximum and constant harvesting speed in any swath condition, thus reducing harvesting times.

high speed

Advanced technologies enable an incredible supply capacity towards a combined-harvester, which moves forward unstoppably. The feed speed is a way higher in comparison with other collection systems and, depending on a model, can vary from 5 to 7 km/h.

minimum loss

Robust casing and extraordinary resistance of the springs simplify collection of the product. Minimum space prevents from excessive shaking of the picked up product, therefore we can proudly guarantee that the loss of seeds will never exceed 2%.

clean collection

The construction features of the header and the special stainless steel springs with double torsion ensure maximum collection efficiency of the swathed product, excluding stones and foreign bodies harmful to the header and the combine harvester.

sturdy but light

Thanks to simple construction principles, the Zaffrani pick-up head is extremely light. This allows for significant fuel savings compared to competing machines.
