TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

HEAT EXCHANGER FOR EXCELLENT QUALITY

The operation of the heat exchanger is based on the principle according to which the flow of cold air is compressed by the fan in the exchanger itself, investing the entire surface heated by the burner without coming into contact with waste fumes and therefore without residues resulting from combustion.

AIR MIXING SYSTEM FOR A CONSTANT TEMPERATURE

The efficient hot and cold air mixing system provides one single circularly homogeneous airflow in the dryer at constant temperature, thanks to the special diverted contained inside the air diffuser. This guarantees homogeneous heating of the product and prevents irregular drying.

CONTINUOUS PRODUCT MIXING

The product mixing is continuous, even, and occurs inside the machine. This process is possible due to the presence of mixing arms that convey the product close to the central screw, which conveys the product from bottom to top.
