Beyond the limit
The Zaffrani header trailers with steering axle has been conceived and designed for large machines, BG1200 Sunflower Headers and TM1270 and TM1250 Corn Headers. Extremely easy to handle, thanks to its characteristics of sturdiness, modularity and adaptability, it is the safest way for transporting the most bulky machines.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
STEERING FRONT AXLE
Steerable front axle with rotating platform to ensure maximum stability, manoeuvring capabilities and safety during transport.
ADJUSTABLE FOOT
Adjustable and lockable foot, thanks to the reinforced foot, the trolleys have excellent stability and allows you to keep the trolley in optimal load conditions. The ability to close the foot offers better freedom of movement during transport.
UNIVERSAL SUPPORTS
By shifting the header supports it is possible to adapt the trailer to various machines and conditions.
TELESCOPIC BEAM
Thanks to the telescopic beam, the trailer can have various lengths and accommodate various types of machines, allowing for a total length that varies from a minimum of 12.45 meters to a maximum of 16,70 meters.
ADJUSTABLE REAR AXLE
The adjustable rear axle can be shifted forward or backward on the carriage beam to allow for greater stability depending on the header type.
TELESCOPIC LICENSE PLATE HOLDER
Thanks to the adjustments of the license plate holder it is possible to adapt the trailer and optimize the overall dimensions.
